Your responsibilities:
– To engage with stakeholders to extract the needs of work, analyze and document them, ensuring the full compatibility between the goals of work and technical implementation.
Translate the requirements into clear specifications, user stories, admission criteria, flow plans and other relevant elements for the development team.
Identifying and managing the project scope and landmarks, ensuring the delivery of deliveries of work priorities and final dates.
Facilitate the preparation of accumulated works, rapid planning, and determining the priorities of features, so that the development team always has a series of tasks well equipped.
– Working as a major calling point for requirements for requirements and managing change requests efficiently throughout the development course.
– Provide data -based recommendations for the basic system to improve the user experience and commercial operations.
– Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documents, which ensures the ability to track and transfer knowledge easily.
Driving and coordinating the user acceptance test (UAT), preparing training materials, and supporting internal teams during publication operations.
– Cooperation closely with UX/UI designers, quality guarantee, and developers to ensure that job and non -functional requirements are well and met.

What we are looking for:
– More than two years of experience as a business analyst in software development.
A strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum/Kanban and the full product life cycle.
– Experience in deduction of requirements, drawing operations maps, data modeling, and creating organized specifications.
– Strong skills in designing data flow and drawing data maps between systems.
– The level above the average+ English (in writing and speaking) – comfortable communication with both the owners of commercial and technicians.
– The ability to translate complex technical concepts into a clear and easy -to -reach language.
– A high level of ownership, responsibility and pre -emptive.
Excellent skills in analytical thinking, problem solving and facilitation.

Nice to be:
A practical background in development or quality assurance, even at the basic level.
– Knowing a process of SQL data, databases and Nosql.
– Experience in using UX (Figma and Sketch) tools to visualize the requirements.
Experience in the field of financial technology, logistics services, or similar digital products.
– The ability to manage workshops, discovery sessions, or the product improvement meetings independently.
