Walcott Communications Limited (WCL) are specialized consultations dedicated to building literacy in the influence between academic researchers and enhancing cultures that support influential research. Our customers consist of universities in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia, as well as organizations within the ecosystem for research. We provide training and consulting services to researchers from a wide range of discipline and cooperation closely with research professional services employees, such as research managers, knowledge exchange managers, and research influence managers, to plan our services and provide them effectively.

Role

This position is ideal for the individual who motivates and is largely adaptive looking for a profession that provides more self -independence, creative inputs and diversity from his current role. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the effect of research, reference and previous experience in working in higher education. The ideal candidate will be directed towards solutions, confident in sharing and developing ideas, and will flourish in a cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact with existing customers to maintain excellent service standards
• Cooperation with colleagues to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within the budget limits
• Customer support in all stages of developing a reference case study, from the beginning to final improvement
• Providing a WCL literacy training sessions effect, personally and online, while ensuring that the current materials are related to the summary and compatible with WCL / brand instructions
• Manage the personal work burden to meet the final dates of the team and customers
• Contribute to the development of WCL products and business growth
• Supporting marketing activities by providing content for social media
• Professional representation of WCL in conferences and communication events
• Performing other tasks as required

• Delivery of training and consulting services to a high level, on time, and within the budget limits
• In time and professional participation with clients and colleagues
• An active contribution to business growth and product development

Basic information

Locatio officeN: Here in southern Bristol.

Remote work: We offer hybrid work, as employees from the office will work at least two days a week.

hours: Full time on the basis of the working week 37.5 hours. Part -time working hours will be seen from 0.8 FTE
