Teamsters Local 1932 represents more than 14,000 public and private sectors who work hard and suffer for workers and their families through the internal empire. It is the TEAMSTERS LOCAL 1932 mission to provide the best possible service to all of our members with integrity and equality; To push the social, economic and educational welfare of membership; To enhance professional work relationships and clean play between members and administration alike; And contribute positively to the societies that we serve and live in.

Teamsters Local 1932 is looking for a year candidates Fellowship Union Federation. Organizing colleagues will learn the skills needed to organize workers and build enough strength to win concrete gains from employers. They will be closely directed by the organizers of the Federation of Experts and the acquisition of training workers experience and inspire them to win. Fellows will have tremendous opportunities for growth and development, with the possibility of long -term work based on regular evaluation. This is a full -time fellow for a year.

Responsibilities:

• It meets continuously with the organization’s organization
• Learning and implementing tried and tested methods and tactics to build workers’ strength
• Communication effectively and consistent with mentors, workers and members of society
• Meet one on one with workers ’leaders to train and inspire them

Qualifications:

• Passion and commitment to fight for the working class societies
• The ability to lead others effectively and passionately
• Excellent communication skills and consistent recommendation dates
• Passion for learning and taking on new new tasks
• Experience in the movements of justice, equality and workers’ rights, but it is not required
• You have reliable transportation
• You should be able to perform difficult tasks physically

Local in 1932 is in San Bernardino, California, but there are fellowship opportunities in San Bernardino, Riferside, Cochlla Valley, and Los Angeles.

Prefer a personal but not required vehicle.
