The purpose of the role:

Lawyer will present the father, intellectual property within brands and the IP team for strategic legal guidance and overseeing IP problems arising from content production, brand development and global expansion initiatives. They will serve as a major consultant for senior entrepreneurs and they are closely cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to protect and enhance NBCunives.

Responsibilities:
• Lawyer and cooperation with senior creators, business and legal team
• Responsible for removing addresses, brands, names of letters and assets related to the content of customer companies and strategic initiatives
• The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in complex multi -layer issues require immediate decisions
• Judicial Pursuit Management, Trade and other IP assets, both local and international
• Conducting due care and integration of IP assets in integration, acquisitions and joint projects
• Cooperation with BCIP colleagues in other areas to deal with the brand protection and NBCunivesal brands, for issues such as fake removal, personal plagiards, violations and customs exports
• Dealing with the acquisition of the field name and UDRP for customer companies
• Working with the rest of the department to support the comprehensive intellectual property protection efforts of the company

Qualifications

Basic qualifications
• 8 years of experience in the brand or the field of intellectual property
• It should be a member of a good position in the California State Pact, or a member of a good position in another state tape and records it as an internal consultant in California

• Strategic thinking skills and the solution of exceptional problems
• Solid projects management and organizational capabilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Hijina: This position is appointed as a hybrid, and it generally contributes from the Universal City office, CA at least three days a week. Starting Monday, January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will move to a four -day job schedule.
