Role:

As a manager on the plane, you are the key to the success of our customers. You will join our vibrant trade team, with a focus on obtaining the higher e -commerce companies that started on the right foot with our program.

We offer users a free trial period, so in order for us to win the customer, they must understand the benefits and opportunities of ambiguous, but they also have a successful test where they can see a positive return.

The same role requires being useful when working with customers and being able to build relationships with them. You will direct the newly recorded companies through the 30 -day free experimental, showing the value of our platform, helping to solve problems, and creating a way for their long -term success.

Your daily day:

  • Connd & Guiding: Show the practical e -commerce companies step by step to design strong catalog ads using Cofct.

  • Check and follow up: Ensure that our users are on the right path to success and give a helping hand when necessary.

  • Consult and help: Be a Catect and Catalog advertising teacher to support our customers throughout their trial. Understand their needs and guide them towards success with catalog ads.

  • Technical Evidence: Understand the technical techniques of product/ indexes and Facebook ads to help our e -commerce companies succeed.

About you:

  • The confrontation for professionals: 1+ years in customer success, sales, consulting, or the like.

  • Emotional auxiliary: You are driven by helping people and companies with prosperity.

  • Persons: Excellent in communication, understanding people, building personal relationships (via video calls, and also through emails!). Exceptional display skills.

  • Rapid learner: Our industry (and the platforms that our users announce) always change and update, so you will have to understand new knowledge, learning and improvement relatively quickly. If you want to tell you exactly what to do, this is not the right position for you.

  • Section technology: a good understanding of digital ads and technical concepts – we will train you on all the details, but you have to be able to understand technical ideas (i.e. product extracts, and how Facebook ads work technically).

  • Descriptive knowledge: 1+ years experience with meta ad manager

  • Marketing Basics: You have a basic understanding of online marketing and e -commerce.

  • Language: fluent in English; Danish is not required.

More importantly: you want to learn, grow and take the initiative. You do not need to be an expert from the start, but you should be curious and pushing our users.
