What will you lead:
Leadership of bold and contemporary creative concepts through campaigns, brand communications, events and digital platforms;
– Leading and developing the visual identity of GR8 Tech – Keep the brand on the edge of suitability and innovation;
– Supervising all visual outputs, ensuring excellence and consistency through coordination (video, web, printing, social, presentations, kiosks, goods, etc.);
– Cooperation with marketing teams, events and products to align creative ideas with work goals;
Inspiration, management and guidance of a team of designers/movement designers and external creators – Determine the direction, provide comments and enhance growth;
– Supervising the implementation of current daily tasks while monitoring long -term brands initiatives.
Organizing and improving the workflow of the design team to ensure timely delivery and in high quality.

What makes you suitable for the GR8:
– More than 7 years of experience in creative / marketing industries (design studios, advertising agencies, creativity / internal marketing teams) with a strong focus on telling visual stories;
– A portfolio of creative leadership and a set of design work at the campaign level through various media outlets;
– Institute to provide advanced concept work and polished design systems;
– A deep understanding of the brand, the visual strategy, and how the design supports work objectives;
Experience in working with creative campaigns or its leadership of the European market is an additional advantage;
– Confidence in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, etc.;
The ability to manage people and projects clearly, sympathy and accountable.
– A strong aesthetic sense and attention to details.
