Talent Administration Assistant at Katz in New York, New York 496678

We seek to add an assistant to support our managers initially through the following administrative tasks:
• Dealing with heavy phones and email messages
• Maintaining offices and customers
• Generational generation and appointments
• Travel format

The ideal filter will have:
• At least a year of experience in the entertainment industry
Office experience
• Strong organizational skills
• To be well aware of the theater, television and cinema

Over time, the responsibilities of the appropriate candidate can grow and expand.

Katz (TKC) was established in 2007, an integrated service company to manage personal talents and represents artists in all areas of the entertainment industry.

On TV, TKC customers are seen as regular representatives of series and leaders, and have also appeared in more than a hundred guest sites on cross -TV shows. In the theater, TKC customers can be seen in Broadway, West End, prestigious theaters outside Broadway, and regional theaters in the country. In movies, customers appeared in studio features, independent movies and online content.

In addition, TKC customers appeared in national commercials, and performed offers in comedy clubs and individual concerts/symphony connections all over the world.

TKC produced hundreds of these live concerts in Joe’s PUB, 54 Beau, The Blower Ballroom, Le Poisson Rouge, Green Room 42, especially with Yomiuri Shimbun in Tokyo, Japan and at the Lincoln Center for the American Song Books series on PBS.

In 2023, TKC President Jeremy Katz, as the executive of The Lesbian Bar Project, received the New York Emmy Award prize in addition to the GLAAD Private Award. In 2022, he was honored with the nomination of the Emmy Award in New York for his executive work in the online series production. In 2021, he was nominated by the Emmy Award in New York for his executive work in the production of 54 PRESENTS ‘Norm Lewis’ Christmas Time is here.

Katz also produced the CEO of A & E Lachey’s: Raising The Bar, an episode of Tiffany Haddish Presents on Netflix: They are ready, and produced PBS First You Dream now available on Amazon Prime. In 2016 and 2017, Katz was a Creative and Talent Adviser for the Obi Awards.
