We are looking for a highly skilled salary lists project that pushes the transformation of global salary statements through a growing dynamic organization. In this role, you will not process salary statements, but rather will lead high -impact initiatives that constitute how to provide salaries worldwide, ensure compliance, expansion and operational excellence with our growth.

What will you do?

  • Driving global salary projects, including integration and purchasing operations, the launch of the country and the transformations in the sellers.
  • Partner through PSA jobs, total bonuses, financing, legal, and regional human resources teams to include salary needs in the broader regulatory initiatives.
  • Determine and implement the process improvements to simplify the operations of salary statements, increase compliance and efficiency.
  • As a communication with the main salary statements of global work applications and provide the topic experience to support successful implementation.
  • Maintain documents including standard operating procedures (SOPS), project plans, control accounts, and audit support packages.
  • Supporting preparation at the end of the year, preparing to scrutinize and the requirements of global reporting in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Continue legislative changes and related compliance in all subsidized areas and help ensure the alignment of internal practices.

What we are looking for

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in salary statements, with deep knowledge of compliance with Canadian salary lists and the United States and the experience of the global salary project.
  • The ability to lead the salary statements initiatives in complex, high -growth or multi -country environments have been proven.
  • The experience of supporting the integration and purchase activity, including on the plane, and the integration of salary statements.
  • Knowing strong work from the work day and experience with third -party salary sellers (for example, a distance Cloudpay).
  • A strong understanding of salary statements, audit requirements, and international salary documents.

The full salary range* for this floor ranges from $ 105,600 to $ 132,000 to $ 158,400. In addition, benefits may vary depending on the employee’s website.
