Researcher Assistant/participant at the University of Glasgow
We have an exciting research opportunity for an assistant / participant in the research to lead a multidisciplinary project on artificial intelligence (AI) cancer, funded by UK prostate cancer. The project will develop new multimedia models to integrate pathology, mono -cell DNA sequence, spatial proteins, and spatial text data to predict prostate cancer.
The successful candidate will be jointly appointed by the College of Cancer Science, the University of Glasgow, the Institute of Cancer Research in the United Kingdom, and they work with Dr. Ki Yuan, Professor Hing Lyong and the broader Multi -specialized research team.
We are looking for experienced candidates/strong interests in learning some of the following: deep learning, medical photography, and spatial omics analysis. Candidates should be adept with Python, deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow and Pytorch.
