Join Cambridge Carbon Footprint as our new reform cafe official and support one of the most successful networks of the Reform Café in the United Kingdom.

About the role

Reform cafes are great societal events where volunteer reformers repair the broken elements brought by the audience. We are looking for a well -organized multi -skilled employee with excellent communication skills and information technology to support our 45 -people network of repair cafes in Cambridgersher. In addition to supporting these groups, you will work with the secretaries, employees and volunteers of Cambridge Carbon Footprint to develop our community reform plans and move forward with them. It is a diversified and accomplished role in an organization that cares about society and focuses on society. The contract for one year, and will be extended on the condition of financing.

Nearly 20 years ago, the Cambridge Carbon Footprint Foundation was at the forefront of inspiring parties and enabling individuals and societies to take action on climate change. We are friendly and do not make judgments, and we are working to enable individuals and societies by giving them ability and sound, and providing tools and support for effective climate work. We appreciate strong ties with local communities and wider networks, ensuring that our influence is deep and long. Caring for our employees and volunteers is very important, because their well -being and development are necessary for our success. We focus on solutions, and we adopt evidence -based, innovative, practical and effective practices in creating a tangible difference.

We are a small and vital organization. Last year, with only four employees, we did the following:

• Managing or supporting 179 event or activity
• We had a joint presence of 9,647 people in the events that we managed or supported
• The assistance was assisted by 2,1,521 volunteers allocated 10,829 hours of their time
