The purpose of the role:

The role of the consultant for intellectual property will be responsible for the intellectual property issues arising from the production of content or the creation of brands within the NBCunivesal business.

Responsibilities:
• Providing advice and cooperation with senior creative and commercial executives, legal and multi -functional teams on brands, copyright, domain names and related intellectual property issues, including products and innovative services, global brands and attractions in entertainment parks and television production
• Responsible for removing addresses, brand names, slogans, designs, other assets of client companies and strategic initiatives
• The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders on complex and multi -layer issues that require immediate decisions
• Administration of judicial prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and other intellectual property assets, at the local and international levels
• Conducting due care and integration of intellectual property assets in integration, acquisitions and joint projects
• Responsible for implementation and protection of the brand related to customer activities, including sending stops and stopping messages, dealing with social media removal and e -commerce platforms, dealing with fraud and impersonation.
• Dealing with the acquisitions of the domain name and UDRP for client companies
• Working with the rest of the administration to support efforts to protect the comprehensive intellectual property of the company

Qualifications

Basic qualifications
• 5 years of experience in the field of brands or intellectual property
• You should be a member of a good position in the California Bar Association, or a member with a good position in the Bar Association in another state and registered as an internal consultant in California

Desired characteristics
• The Spanish language is plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• The ability to carry out multiple tasks and manage the final dates
• The ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
• Solid verbal communication skills
• Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred

Hajin: This position has been classified as mixed, and generally contributes from the Universal City office, CA, at least three days a week. Starting on Monday, January 5, 2026, mixed employees will move to a four -day work schedule.
