Main job responsibilities

LPEN will be comfortable in discussing dubbing English and translating both high levels and lover; Maintaining standards for talent/sellers and providing an escalation of internal/external resources. As a basic connection to talent/internal creative interest, LPEN will provide localization updates related to their addresses.

LPEN monitors the performance of creative supervisors, responsible for creative quality and localization of the address to the Amazon MGM Studios content. In addition, the LPEN is building and maintaining relationships with Dubbing Studios and its associated creative teams, to understand possible and available opportunities for software improvements that support talent development and cultivation.

By working independently, LPEN connects English localization, creative community, and operating trend of Amazon MGM studios. The main responsibilities include maintaining talent databases, imposing contractual standards, analyzing creative issues, monitoring industry trends, and exploring technological innovations while ensuring the fulfillment of operational requirements in the post -production and distribution.

Qualifications

• English as a basic language (written and spoken).
• 6 years experience in Emiratization as director/supervisor, translator/transformer; Or equivalent experience in the global studio or a post -production environment.
Deep experience in the English language dubbing across different dialects.
• Strong links in the main English language markets in English (La, London). Working experience with the English language community in English (actors, managers, dubbing studios). Awareness and knowledge of the broader international community and English in English.
• The ability to analyze quality standards and implement the process improvements.
• 6 years experience in formulating and evaluating new strategies and programs to simplify and simplify systems and methodologies. The ability to translate high -level vision into implemented plans with clear, measurable goals.
• 6 years of experience in directing independent workers, as well as developing and developing creative teams.
