We are searching for an experienced kitchen manager to oversee the daily operations of kitchen staff in the institution. As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation of food, requesting supplies, scheduling transformations, and monitoring stock levels.

Responsibilities:
Request materials, supplies and components on the basis of demand.
Supervising kitchen staff and organizing food orders.
Supervising the preparation of food and cooking.
Recruitment and training of kitchen staff at the specified stations.
Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
Work with the restaurant manager for pricing and change the menu elements.
Schedule of work transformations for employees.
