About the role

At Bath University, our Resilfe team is looking for a community support coordinator for helping to create a safe, wicked and exciting residential experience for diverse students.

In this role, you will support students who have additional residence needs, contribute to luxury initiatives, and work closely with a cooperative team that focuses on including societal cohesion and cohesion. You will also play a major role in supporting a colleague at home, meeting with resident students, providing guidance, and helping conflict to ensure a positive living environment for everyone.

About you

You will be responsible for a variety of major duties, including:

• Students’ welfare and inclusion: support students with various needs, including mental health, nervous diversity and complex personal conditions while enhancing a safe, comprehensive and respectful residential environment.
• Operating and administrative support: conflict solution management, data records, residence applications, and communications, especially for students who have additional requirements or transition to private housing.
• Cooperation and continuity through the team: communicating with internal departments such as supporting students and security, contributing to protecting efforts, and ensuring the continuity of service in the absence of a community support manager.
