Main responsibilities

• Communication, introduction and service of GeoCOCLY customer, to support in determining and solving risk challenges in actual time.
• Determining and connecting fraud trends, mitigation tactics, experimental analyzes and new detection tools for stakeholders in business.
• It recommends solutions and products improvement based on the understanding of the work strategy and the needs of stakeholders.
• Deepen GeocCCLY relationships with Aml for our customers, fraud, risks, and payment teams.
• Attending personal customer meetings and representing the company in conferences and industrial events.
• Analysis of user analysis reports and information panels, to determine the patterns and threats to provide customers to combat possible fraud.
• Providing “customer voice” for internal teams and main stakeholders to ensure open communication and valuable partnerships with the product teams.
• Determining problems related to the risks of fighting fraud and AML/ CFT for customers in their reports and programs and creating meaningful improvements.
• Observer customer transactions, define, register and report suspicious activity.
• Transactions for external clients.
• Support the rest of the risk management team in all matters related to risk and fraud.

Who are you

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• The ability to maintain a high level of integrity, appreciation and secret of sensitive and complex information.
• Analytical and directed towards details.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, time management skills; The ability to work in a fast -paced environment to support a fast -growing technology company.
• Strong personal skills and very effective communication skills (oral and writing skills).
• Excellent efficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro and G Suite programs (Google, Google, Google Slides).
• Infinter with Kibana, Jira, Confluence and Atlassian is a balance.
• Experience or appropriate degree is desirable.

Salary
