As a great web designer, you will submit a report to the head of creativity and strategy, specializing in designing the marketing site with transverse product design projects. You are an expert in the user -centered design that creates digital experiences that effectively transmit brand stories while providing exceptional use.

Main responsibilities

1. Imagine creative ideas with customers and facilitate the workshops on the web to agree on the vision and requirements of the project
2. UX/UI design pioneering for user’s marketing sites through final implementation
3. Create LO-Fi Wire frames and high-resolution designs in Figma, and develop comprehensive design systems using brand instructions
4. Site designs testing and improving them through user research, testing use and repetitive design processes
5. Create design instructions and standards and best practices while maintaining the appearance of the site through the content standards application
6. Photo design for web sites and ensuring compatibility with client brands across all digital touch points
7. Effectively connecting design concepts to developers, clients and main stakeholders through presentations and documents
8. Meet the needs of products, marketing and commercial with the translation of the brand identities into convincing digital experiences
9. Conducting industry research and maintaining the limits of best practices, competing user interface designs, web design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies
10. Communicate with customers, attend customer meetings, provide design concepts and equip the user’s logical basis
11. Cooperation with developers to design new and intuitive user experiences, and to ensure a smooth implementation of design specifications

Qualifications

1. 4-5 years of experience in the design industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar field and a strong set of digital projects
3. Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are fluent
4. Understanding design systems and how to create them
5. Understand Figma and how to use it
