About the role

Do you seek a chance to work with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment? As a field engineer for Service 1, you will provide customer support for site installations and repair and maintenance of semiconductor optical equipment in Helsburo Oregon mainly.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technology and joining a dedicated team that allows new technology to improve operations in the pre -production environment.

You will receive 1-2 weeks of training in Austin, Texas, Japan and 4 weeks OJT in Helsoro, Oregon.

This position It requires full -time in your office (S)/Workite (s)/the appointed region.

Note: The situation will work a compressed weekly week in daytime or night episodes. It requires flexibility to change the work schedule as required.

Your influence

• Check and maintain equipment within the standard specifications of the system equipment factory
• Customer guidance in operating and maintaining system equipment
• Make the reform maintenance or replace the unit according to the factory procedures independently and with others
• Provide technical support to customers and answer questions related to operating procedures, equipment treatment, and other technical problems to reduce the time of equipment and ensure positive customer relationships
• Determine the equipment error and report the status updates related to equipment performance problems to help explore errors or maintenance
• Maintaining accurate documents of the activity and submitting periodic reports
• Working with other technicians in this field to explore errors and repair them and service equipment
• Local and international travel may be needed (you must have updated travel documents)

About you: the skills and experience you bring

Knowledge of Linux operating system is useful in operating the system and exploring and repairing errors
The minimum of 0 – 2 years of work experience (electromechanical) (i.e. the field service engineer or technical status in the semiconductor equipment company or a technical location in the field of engineering). The experience of stone printing, experience in high -precision equipment, prefers useful.

Experience with the required electronic test tools
Capable of work on equipment alone and working with other engineers as a team player in light of difficult situations
Additional experience or visual knowledge, laser rays, programs, robots, micro -skill or chemical skill are plus

Customer support experience is plus
You should be able to travel and work flexible schedules
You should feel comfortable working in a clean room environment most of the day (wearing a full clean room suit, facial analgesics, gloves, and safety glasses)
