Job title:

The EI Production Services Corporation seeks to lead a strategic and pre -emptive to serve as a major systems engineer. In this role, you will lead operating excellence, observation, and automation of the critical communication center applications that support investment units in the workplace and the workplace. The initiatives will lead to reduce toil, improve associate experience, and enhance the reliability of the system through best practices, automation, and continuous improvement. This position requires a subjective start that can define opportunities, lead multi -function efforts, and provide measurable and efficient improvements.

The experience you have and the skills you bring

• 10+ years of experience in technological processes, systems engineering, or production support leadership.

• The ability to lead and provide complex improvement initiatives have been proven in large -scale environments.

• A strong background in ITS management (ITSM), accident management/problems, and improvement of operational processes.

• Experience in observation and observation (for example, otel, splunk, datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).

• SLI/SLO/SLAS implementation experience and reliability engineering practices.

• Influence with automation and textual programming (Python, Bash, Powershell, or the like).

• A strong understanding of direct and public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Experience in supporting high -end production environments around the clock throughout the week.

• Knowing networks, loading and security basics.

• Agile and Devops Mental with experience in CI/CD and operational automation.

• Optional Certificates: ITIL, AWS, SRT.

• Excellence in driving: the ability to inspire, direct the difference, and direct the difference towards operational excellence.

• Strategic thinking: skilled in determining the highest issues and improvement opportunities.

• Focusing on implementation: A busy record of leadership projects from concept to measurable results.

• Cooperation and influence: the ability to work through engineering, products and business teams.

• Data -based mentality: comfortable using the main performance indicators and standards to track progress and communication with the effect.

• Strong communication skills and the management of stakeholders.

• The leading initiatives to improve observation, automation and operational efficiency of applications facing critical colleagues.

• Payment of pre -emptive monitoring and distance measurement to reduce the fight against interactive fires and improve accident response.

• Partner with engineering and business leaders to determine the priorities and solve the highest issues that affect associate experience.

• Carry out automation capabilities and self -service capabilities to reduce manual intervention and speed up the solution times.

• Create and track Slis/Slos to measure and improve reliability and performance.

• Delivery of progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
