Comprehensive responsibilities: the Director of organizational and field operations It will supervise the Union program on negotiations, contracts, internal organization, leadership and development, political representation, political mobilization and external organization. The main areas of responsibility:

  • Supervision, training, leasing and development of representatives in the province (internal field staff) and organizer (s)
  • Holding employee meetings, team meetings and individual meetings with employees to review and plan their work, and develop their leadership skills
  • Developing tools and training for employees and members
  • Ensuring the participation of employees and members in organizing the federation, representation and the political program
  • Directly, with employees, develop member leaders so that member leaders can participate successfully

  • Possibility, planning, leadership and management of external organizational campaigns
  • All other duties as set
