The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for providing strategic and analytical jobs through financing, management, purchases and logistical services in the rural program. This role is extremely important in developing a coherent financial monitoring framework, promoting tools and practices to meet the requirements of a competitive donor scene, and to ensure strong compliance with both internal policies and donor requirements. The manager leads the adoption of best practices in compliance with grants, financial management, and systems development, thus enhancing stakeholders’ confidence in Heifer Bangladesh’s operational integrity. The situation also oversees the internal controls related to financial reporting and compliance, including assessments and reviews that extend to each of the activities before and after the plural. Qualifications and skills:
