The German Wikipedia alone records nearly a billion pages per month for a total of 3 million articles. We – Wikimedia Deutschland e. Fifth – Volunteers support Wikipedia and its sister projects, develop free software, such as Wikidata, defend free access to knowledge, open education and research, the most common good direction in data policy.

Wikimedia Deutschland EV is looking for a skilled Data Analyst (all genders) for our Software Engineering department to help us understand the space we work in through data analysis. The freelancer will play an important role in providing us with valuable insights by analyzing data from different sources.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, with the ability to identify current patterns, trends, opportunities, and results in a clear and concise manner.
