Your role:
Global Relay from the Product Management Commander requires leading new capabilities for our electronic surveillance product portfolio. The Director of Collective Products (GPM) owns the product for many important experiences and is responsible for managing and preaching the strategy of its products, paying the innovation and distinction of products within their teams, and working with customers and internal stakeholders to discover and develop the distinctive products of customers.
This role will be largely focused on expanding our electronic surveillance products. Enable compliance teams by opening artificial intelligence and machine learning models. A very clear role, requires a seasoned product leader, and your success will be determined by your ability to work across the matrix environment, to cancel the impressive and valuable capabilities of our customers in institutions.
GPM’s is also responsible for driving a number of technical products managers (TPM’s), determining the strategic road map and representing that to work. GPM defines the team and ensures that the culture of personal growth, safety and respect continues.
Your responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for understanding how your product range is suitable within the broader production line to ensure the delivery of work value and customer needs.
- Determine the vision of the product, the results and the road map of its product group in line with the organizational strategy and large periods.
- Work with your partners within data science, design, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to discover, identify and develop the best features and experiences of the AI category.
- Understand and apply new trends and best competitive practices in their own products map and their requirements to push market distinction.
- Connect the value of business and customer to your product road map, and build a consensus across multiple sections.
- Responsible for managing the full course of its product group; Including market evaluation, creating product strategy, vision and road map, planning versions and a successful launch.
- Develop the appropriate tracking and reporting to analyze the launch of the product to evaluate future development opportunities.
- Facilitating cooperation and harmony between multi -functional teams, including other products teams, sales, marketing, customer success, design and engineering.
- Cooperation effectively with architects, engineering to break work into small increases that can be released on the market.
- Coordination and leadership, as required by the decision of dependencies via products and businesses, to ensure the launch of your successful product.
- Product life cycle management, including successful launch operations and end -of -life activities
- When needed, you are able to document / identify models, workflow plans, epochs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other appropriate artifacts.
- Supporting marketing, sales and support through the leadership of developing marketing strategies and retaining various technical marketing guarantees.
- It leads your product in a proactive way, enhances a comprehensive and supportive culture, directs and supported your team in their development.
About you:
- 5+ years of expertise in managing the higher products shown in the leading teams perfectly for SAAS, Enterprise or Compliance Technology Company.
- More than 8 years of product management experience, with direct responsibility for providing customer presence features from scratch, supported by Micro Services and AI machine intelligence.
- It is able to interact effectively with clients and communicate effectively with major stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- It is experienced in working with multi -functional teams that include product, engineering, design, sales and commercial employees.
- The possibilities of discovering the strong product, which indicates experience in seeking customer needs, business analysis, workflow design, field modeling, conditional modeling, and documents.
- Strong cooperation and problem solving along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The work experience in a meager/graceful development environment. A strong technical background is required and evidence of work in an organized environment.
- Passionate for people’s development, guidance and training to support personal growth, and encourage diversity in thought.
compensation:
Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values. We aim to enhance an inspiring work environment and support the rhythms of work and life. We offer a comprehensive health advantages program, including virtual health care and well -being allowance. Employees also receive dedicated annual vacation days, which are increasing on the basis of possession. British Colombia – the basic salary range
145,000 dollars – 170,000 Canadian dollars
