Task
As the first chief official of our student experience, you will be the first champion of the student’s journey – the driving force behind an integrated, fast and fair experience.
you will:
- Providing the “Comprehensive Store” experience links every part of the student’s life course – starting with admission, welcoming week to luxury, professions and graduate participation
- Building strong partnerships with employers and graduates, opening paths for the success of the graduates and lifetime opportunities
- Listen first – use the student’s voice to form services and decisions across the university
- Leading a team that moves values ​​and puts inclusion, luxury and equality in its essence
- Supervising the behavior of students, protecting them and managing risks with integrity and care
- Cooperation with academic leaders to align students’ support with academic excellence and external accreditation standards
- Leadership of transformational change that improves satisfaction, employment, luxury and graduate results
- He takes responsibility for budgets, resources and employees through a variety and dynamic wallet

- A busy record in converting customer or students experience in a complex institution that focuses on people
- Great experience in the high leadership, perfectly in higher education or a adjacent sector, with experience at at least one major contact point on the student’s trip
- A passion for innovation and technology, including smart use of artificial intelligence to improve services

About you
- The first student leader who has a busy record in converting the student/client’s experience
- Significant high education in higher education has a specialized experience in at least one of the contact points on the student’s trip
- Passionate for a smooth student experience, using artificial intelligence and focusing on equality, inclusion, luxury and employment ability – you will provide a fast -response and excellent service
- You will challenge, innovate and sympathize and you will have the ability to convert visions into an effect in the real world
