This role is for a person who flourishes in a fast -growing and high -speed environment. This person is a professional in developing a Clio customer base by consulting potential customers on Clio’s Suite offers. The ideal candidate will focus very organizationally and gracefully, and will focus on new accounts that extend on all sectors from speed to middle of the market with confidence and express expectations of expectations while developing relationships. This role is available to candidates throughout Canada, with the exception of Quebec.

What does your team do?

our Business Development Representative TEAM is an important part of the engine that pays attention to Clio products through our potential customer base. They work with new customers to provide sound advice, and to provide solutions to complex problems using strong and trick acne. We create sales opportunities for the executive teams of our account, which directly affects the growth of Clio revenues.

What will you do

  • External excavation based on the phone to the targeted accounts specified within a dedicated chip;
  • Cold summons volume of 65-100 calls per day with the intention of rehabilitating key threads;

  • Creating awareness of promoting interest and preparing Clio Product demonstrations;
  • Building an understanding of the specific area/piece, and developing unique solutions to detect prospects and create expected customers;
  • Develop sales skills through regular training and audit courses;
  • Consult and adapt to the advanced sales environment;
  • Understanding the fields of customer exercise, competitive differentials, technical requirements, and showing the Clio value proposal;
  • Report on weekly, quality and quantitative reports;
  • Documenting all sales activities in Salesforce and Meeting Daily Kpis

What you might have

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or convertible experience, including the cold call;
  • Knowledge and passion for cloud -based technology and products;
  • Competitive mentality.
  • Continuous improvement mentality.

The expected new rental base for this role is 61,600 CAD. The wage of an expected new rental committee is 26,400 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions that exceed the specific amounts is possible because commission profits are not exploited.

We aim to employ all candidates between the minimum and the mid -salary point. We keep the middle point to the maximum salary squad for internal employees who prove the continuous high performance and its effect on Clio. The final offer amount of this role depends on individual experience and candidate skills. Please note that there is a separate group of salary teams for other regions based on the local currency.
