Building companies throughout the United Kingdom are encouraged to open their doors to the public next spring, as the registration is officially opened today for the open doors 2026.

The initiative, led by Build Build UK, in partnership with CITB and CSCS, calls on companies to host the scenes of the scenes for their locations, offices, manufacturing facilities and training centers between 23 and 28 March 2026.

The organizers hope to build the success of this year’s event, which welcomed 7,000 record visitors in more than 260 sites in March 2025.

The plan aims to display a group of professions available in construction and help in addressing the increasing deficiency in industry skills. According to CITB’s latest workforce forecasts, about 50,000 additional workers will be needed every year to achieve governmental goals for housing, infrastructure and new maintenance.

“88 % of visitors said to open the 2025 doors that they will be more likely to consider a construction profession after their visit,” Tamsin Parks, project manager at Build Uk said.

She added that the program provides a strong way for people “seeing a wide range of available roles directly” and meeting “talented teams to build the world around us.”

CITB will participate again, open the sites of the National Building College in Beirham Newton, Benkinnan, and an inheritance of pre -seized visits.

Open Doors has become a major event to promote construction professions for youth, fathers and professional changes. The projects participating in the next year will range from housing developments to skyscrapers, with opportunities to see each of the roles on the site and outside the site at work.
