We are looking for seasoned people Flutter developer To lead the development of platform solutions for our clients’ platform. In this role, you will lead the Flutter technology stream, leading feature design, architecture, and implementation across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the client’s back-end engineers and technical team to ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience. Along with coding, you will mentor junior Flutter developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to strategic technical discussions that shape the direction of the platform as a whole.

We are looking for a senior flap developer who has:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, and 3 years of flutter and goddessHaving been moderately built for highly complex applications;
• Proven track record of senior developers or mentoring; Able to influence and guide peers;
• Strong architectural mindset: Experience with fabrication, classes, state management (e.g. cluster, RiverPod, SQL), dependency injection;
• Deep understanding of application lifecycle, widget tree, rendering pipeline, asynchronous programming, memory/performance optimization;
• Experience integrating with backend services: REST APIs, WebSockets, GraphQL, authentication, data serialization;
• Strong familiarity with testing (unit, widget, integration), debugging, profiling, performance tuning;
• Proficiency with version control (GIT), CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, code review processes;
• Strong communication skills: Able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customers;
• Self-driven, able to make technical decisions with independence and take responsibility for results;
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a craftsmanship mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web or desktop Flutter (beyond mobile) or full Flutter platform development.
• Experience with native web development, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Experience with identity and access management solutions
• Experience working in a regulated environment (security, compliance).
• Experience with code metrics, static analysis, ventralization, and maintaining code health.
• Exposure to cross-cutting concerns: localization, accessibility, analytics, offline caching, push notifications.
• Experiment with architectural styles such as clean architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices (e.g. encryption, secure storage, authentication flow).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g. Node, Java, .NET, etc.) to better understand integration considerations.

Responsibilities

As a major flutter developer you will:

• Take technical ownership of Flutter-based platform segments (JavaScript, TypeScript); Engine architecture, design patterns, and code quality;
• Lead junior flap engineers and mentors (2-3), Guide them with reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing;
• Participate in high-level technical discussions with back-end teams, system engineers, and client technical stakeholders;
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable and scalable features; Ensure alignment across front, back and platform layers;
• Define and apply best practices: code standards, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, debugging protocols;
• Monitor technical debt, performance and maintainability; Propose and implement re-eviction or improvement efforts;
• Be a technical liaison to the customer: clarify requirements, communicate progress, surface risks, and suggest solutions;
• Estimate work, assist with sprint planning, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to deliverables, timelines and quality constraints;
• Foster a collaborative culture: encourage feedback, continuous improvement and learning within the team;
• Keeping up with Flutters, Darts, and related ecosystem developments; Evaluate new tools/libraries for adoption;
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and career development for your team members.

About the project

We are building a stablecoin issuance platform that supports the operations of EMI and DASP legal entities involved in the issuance and distribution of StableCoins.

The project includes building the BE platform that integrates with it

• Blockchain interface for mining and burning stablecoins
• Digital asset custody platform
• Payment bank
• Customer service center

Current stage: POC.

POC Objectives:

• Prove that we can mint and burn coins for selected networks
• Create a self-service website
• Explains how we organize our support operations
