A little about our team:
We are seeking a great and extremely organized manager, directly to Van to join the global marketing team of the Warner Music Group.
Your role:
The first manager, Direct-To-Fan (Latin America) will lead the Warner Music Group’s strategy to connect artists and fans throughout the region, and includes the participation of modern fans in campaigns and the development of artists. By working closely with FRONLINE stickers, the Global Marketing audience and CRM functions, this role provides innovative data -based initiatives that enhance relations between artists and adopt a long -term value.
Submit reports to SVP, direct global services to progress, the great manager is a strategic expert that Fandom understands as a culture and trade. They will link the new platforms, techniques and first societal models that give fans real value, ensuring that Warner artists in Latin America remain at the forefront of how music and Vandum develop.
Here you will reach:
• Partner with SVP, D2F International services, VP and CRM deputy to form and implement the International D2F strategy, and to align international priorities with local implementation via Latin America
• Defending a fan of fans first, including D2F in planning the campaign and artists’ novels throughout the region
• Innovation champion through leading new platforms, societal tools and models across Latin America
• He formulated how fans in Latin America discover, subscribe and survive participants, and ensure that they have convincing reasons for joining and continuing to return
• A partner with the audience teams and CRM teams to transfer informal listeners to active Superfans using the first party data, direct XMS and community participation
• Define and share best practices on how to grow posters beyond social algorithms, including direct communication channels and conversion of fans
• Building strong partnerships with Latin stickers in Warner Music, and ensuring that D2F visions and practices are included in the campaign planning
• Partner with Global D2F leads to the position of Fandom in the heart of campaigns across regions
• As a strategic advisor for regional marketers and artists’ managers, and enabling them to take advantage of the D2F platforms and data effectively
• Determining the main performance indicators and success standards for D2F accreditation in Latin America, with a focus on fans growth, participation and age of age
• Take advantage of analyzes to evaluate performance, and provide visions to improve strategies and show effect
• Evaluating the emerging trends in Fandom, consumer behavior and digital culture in Latin America, ensuring that Warner remains advanced on the curve
About you:
• More than 7 years experience in direct or digital marketing roles with regional or multi -market range, perfectly in Latin America
• Liquidation in Spanish and English required; Portuguese plus
• It has proven the ability to advance the strategy and adopt new platforms and practices through various teams and markets
• Deep understanding of the behavior of fans, community building, data -based marketing
• Strong skills to manage stakeholders with experience in influencing senior leaders and multi -functional partners
• IFAM with CRM, e -commerce and community platforms within music or creative industries
Excellent communication and cooperation skills; The ability to translate the global strategy into local implementation
• Modern D2F strategic expert that flourishes at the intersection of culture, technology and Vandum
• My curiosity and thinking forward, and always exploring new ways to link artists and fans
• Intertogen for data, but fans first and are able to balance between insight with creativity, innovation and community building
