Overview of the role

We are looking for a professional in multi -use human resources that can wear multiple hats: Work as a general expert in human resources to manage daily operations, a reliable partner to support leaders, and a talent acquisition partner to attract higher talents on board. This is a practical role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, and it is ideal for a person who flourishes in a fast -paced dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities

Human resources operations

• Supervising the life cycle of the shareholder: on the plane, reviews, transformations, and exit.

• Manage service contracts, HRIS updates, records and compliance.

• Supporting salary statements, benefits and leaving with sellers/financing.

• It is the first contact to inquire human resources.

• Implementing and maintaining policies and operations.

People participate

• Cooperation with leaders on the needs of workforce and human resources solutions.

• Support performance, participation and development initiatives.

• Promote and keeping culture and cooperation.

• Provide instructions on relationships and conflict resolution.

Getting talent

• Employment leadership full course: Sources to contract.

• Working with employment determines roles and standards.

• Build talent tubes and networks.

• Promote the regulatory brand as a talent destination.

• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience on board the plane.

requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or relevant field.

• 4-6 years of human resources experience while exposure to human resources and employment.

• A strong understanding of the best human resource practices.

• A busy record in managing multiple human resources in a meager or fast -paced environment.

• Excellent skills between people, communications and problem solving.

• The ability to balance human resources processes with strategic partnership.
