I am looking for senior Information and Communications Technology Technician to join my team, based at Aege Boulland Community College on the outskirts of Plimouth (opposite A38, easy to move and you are avoiding the city center). You will need solid information technology support skills as well as communication skills and task management/defining effective priorities. You will be responsible for solving the daily problems of information technology and tasks and the support of beginners technicians.

It is 37 hours x 52 weeks and a role in the entire site.

The school is mostly on the basis, with m, M365 tenant, the ARUBA network, Hyper-V mostly Dell. We also use Smoothwall, BarraCuda, etc. – all the standards of industry. It is part of Trust WestCountry Schools, and there is a team of teams for all IT employees in all schools that provide assistance and support. You will report about me, and I will make sure that you get the support you need to succeed.

The school tenant will migrate to the comprehensive tenant in TRST, so there will be opportunities to build skills at 365 ADMIN – InTune, etc.
