a description:

The VFX supervisor is responsible for determining the general technical approach and provides the necessary leadership to achieve the appearance and effects of a specific project while working as a creative connection between the facility and the customer. It should be fluent in the Korean language.

Main responsibilities

• Cooperation in creating and/or enhancing the director’s vision of production
• Translation of vision into art/artistic trend of production
• Directing the development of creative responses for comments
• Determine the general technical approach and provides technical leadership for visual impacts of production, before production and post -production
• Estimating and establishing the requirements of resources, budgets, timelines and performance standards for production
• Responsibility for implementation on time, on the budget, delivery, as well as quality, all effects work for the project
• Monitoring the project progress, directs employees, and participates in the panel buds
• Supervising and directing the work of many majors of digital effects
• Review, criticism, control and approval of the work that was created before reviewing the director
• Make performance reviews and provides regular notes for performance to higher direct reports
• Participate with the higher leadership in developing standards at the company level to solve or avoid problems that may erode a competitive advantage

Qualifications

• The minimum (6) years of experience of live visual effects on movies and/or TV programs
• Experience in the Korean movie industry is very desirable
• Experience in leading and directing big teams and big projects
• Solving pre -emptive problems that clarifies a strong feeling of creativity and respect for aesthetics
• Wide knowledge of technology, including two -dimensional software and 3D
• You must be confident and good, and they have the etiquette of etiquette and a customer
• The ability to communicate creative and technical ideas and ideas clearly (written/oral)
• Knowing a good process of technical and technical aspects of direct work and visual effects
