Role:

The ideal candidate will be diligent, yearning for learning, and has practical experience in supporting IT at the workplace. It will work closely with the IT Director to preserve the devices, programs and systems that maintain and enhance the charitable device.

Main responsibilities:

Providing technical support in time to the final users via phone, email and remote and personal tools.

Diagnosis and solve the problems of devices, programs and networks efficiently.

Install, configure and maintain desktop devices, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.

Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office 365 applications and processing line applications.

Managing and exploring errors and repairing them, phone call systems, with familiarity at SIP Phone Systems.

Managing user, permissions and safety collections within Entra AD and work in the Azure environment.

Track IT and decision -making support tickets and any therapeutic action taken.

Helping to maintain and upgrade information technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, desktop computers, laptops and other equipment.

Conducting regular system maintenance as directed by the Director of IT.

Maintaining accurate documents, including asset records, information technology policies and workflow in departments.

Providing support outside working hours during the agreed periods.

Take any other reasonable responsibilities as required by the ITI.

Supporting and strengthening all Muslim hands policies and practice symbols.

Skills and experience

Master’s degree in IT, computer science or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in the role of technical support/assistance.

Practical experience with VOIP systems (preparation, support, exploring and repairing errors).

Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 operating systems and joint business applications.

Understanding network concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP).

Personal communication skills and excellent communications, with the first customer approach.

Strong team player.

Passion to support charity/third sector.
