The primary purpose of organizational unity

The Engineering Services Department (ES) provides facilities services for engineering services to UNC Chapel Hill Campus, which is a very university campus with a large number and a variety of buildings and structures. ES provides engineering experience for all engineering aspects of the campus. ES is responsible for developing projects for all university engineering projects including reform, renewal and new construction; Capital budget management and design contract management related to these projects. In addition, ES is responsible for developing high engineering design standards on the campus, designing engineering systems, examining all projects that were implemented in campus buildings, engineering support for construction services employees, leading energy management and water conservation efforts, and building commissioning services.

The minimum education and expertise requirements

Required qualifications, competencies and experience
