Who we are looking for:
Currently, we are looking for a creative manager with experience in the brand strategy, fashion design, and the development of the creative campaign, who can cooperate directly with talent customers and multi -functional teams to build distinctive brands from concept to market.
In this role, it will work on a variety of customer projects to create convincing brand identities, expressing through clothes collections, lifestyle products, and integrated marketing campaigns. It will work through recreational industries, games and lifestyle.
The responsibilities will include:
- Leading the creative process from the discovery of the brand and the development of concepts through the creation of a technology package and the approval of the samples, and work closely with talents to understand their vision and their audience and the goals of the brand identification
- Developing comprehensive brand concepts including visual identity, clothing groups, product strategy, and market campaigns
- Create mood panels, design concepts, clothing specifications, graphic treatments, and the creativity of the campaign while maintaining the brand consistency through all touch points
- Participate in creative reviews, providing constructive reactions to team members and ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality expectations
- Contributing to the success of the project through managing creative work paths, and cooperating with designers, manufacturers and marketing teams to meet launch features
- Providing creative concepts for talent and repetition customers based on comments while preserving creative integrity and seeing the brand
The person we are looking for is happy, comfortable and easy to communicate with. It is flexible for anything except for the criteria that will display their distinguished creative works. They work “smart” by managing their creative process and coordinating their dependencies through design, production and marketing – they prefer deep creative work but they are comfortable on the surface of strategic brand talks with talents and stakeholders.
We believe that people with backgrounds or interests in design, art, music, food or fashion tend to have a good feeling of design and quality-so a variety of creative hobbies or side projects are a great addition!
You must have competencies:
- More than 6 years experience in the creative trend of fashion, lifestyle or entertainment brands, with a busy record in launching successful clothes and brand campaigns
- Knowing experts in the process of designing fashion from concept to production, including technical design, suitability and manufacturing
- A strong understanding of street clothing, gaming culture, fashion trends in Gen Z/Millennium and brand preferences
- Experience in the brand strategy and location, including public research, competitive analysis, and brand correspondence development
- The justified ability to create and preserve comprehensive guidelines for the brand, digital, marketing, marketing points
- Experience with sustainable and ethical fashion practices and supply chain considerations
- A portfolio showcasing the launch of successful brands with a clear creative vision and the impact of the market

- The experience of working directly with content or signs or gaming characters
- Knowing the direct e -commerce strategy and consumer and marketing social media
- A background in graphic design, clarification or creation of digital art

- Experience with sustainable materials, moral manufacturing, and circular design principles
- Knowing methodologies predicting fashion and trend analysis
compensation
Our salary scale ranges from $60 p/hr to $130 p/hr Depending on experience and seniority. In addition, we pay appreciation rewards to go above – such as training and training others, winning new business, speaking at conferences, etc.
We prefer long -term relationships with the members of the team responsible for them and continue, so we encourage candidates to expect long -term associations. A senior creative work may take a period of 50 weeks per year 120 thousand dollars – 200,000 USD.
