Role:

MDA seeks a system analyst to be part of the business systems team; Provides support for the MDA community in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating the new and currently hosted systems in buildings and clouds IAS/Paas/Saas. The analyst’s support provides all stages of projects to develop and implement specific systems, including practical application support.

Job responsibilities:

• Working as a relationship between it and the non -authority stakeholders to design/implement the appropriate buildings or cloud services to solve work problems
• Work closely with the final managers and users to determine the requirements of systems and work objectives
• Providing support when calling to support production systems and support promotions, and devices/programs upgrade projects with impact analysis, repairs and comprehensive tests.

• Research and implementing new technologies by participating in assessing tools, programs and technological practices
• Design/implementing custom technology solutions and improvements for current systems

• Help in publishing, customizing, exploring and repairing errors after implementation in new systems
• Cooperation and work effectively with other information technology support teams to provide the required solution and experience a positive customer

The required job qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science/data or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in managing information technology systems in the institution’s environment and cloud -based technologies

• Excessive time management skills, multiple tasks skills, and the ability to give priority to tasks with the least supervision
