Part -time post (0.7 FTE) on a specific contract contract until July 2026

We look forward to employing an enthusiastic team player to contribute to the work of the academic registry. This main role, which focuses on the customer, is located in the student and operations records team, and includes communication with students and academic and vocational schools Service and external agencies to ensure that the student information system at the university is accurate and updated.

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, good attention to details and the ability to determine the priorities of the work burden. Providing an excellent service to students and colleagues in academic schools is necessary and we are looking for an individual with experience and skills to contribute to the team in this field.

The successful Class Class or higher in mathematics and English will have an equivalent level or education. Good information technology skills are in all round, work experience as part of a team in a crowded office environment, customer service experience, and the ability to give priority for private work and delivery to narrow final dates basic requirements.

Candidates must ensure that the person’s specifications are tackled in their application.

This publication depends on the campus mostly, but with some opportunities to work at home, work needs also allow.
