AP policy development
- Developing, implementing and maintaining AP policies, systems and procedures to comply with the company’s values ​​and guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Report, solving problems and monitoring payment
- Ensure AP reports and distribution in time.
- Creative analysis, expense reviews, and custom reports.
- Treating problems at both strategic and functional levels to ensure smooth AP operations.
- Supervising payment operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company’s policies.
Support the travel and expenses program
- Support the travel and expenses program for companies to ensure commitment to financial policies.
- Promote accurate, timely expenses and reconciliation.
