Sony Pictures Entertainment is looking for an exceptional medium -level lawyer to join her companies ’legal team at its headquarters at Culver City, California. A successful candidate will also be the primary lawyer who oversees the rationalization of the management of the corporate entity in Sony Pictures, and provides advice on the integration and solution of subsidiary companies around the world and the transfer of IP to other institutions and assets. Valuable experiences include integration and purchase, complex commercial transactions, corporate governance, IP, and experience in developing and implementing commercial operations.
