Quality Adviser (Cooperative Government) at UWE, Bristol

About this role

We are looking to employ a new member of our team. We are currently part -time, and the job participation opportunity is available (18.5 hours a week – working on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). This role is in a professional administrative service based in the Academic Quality Improvement and Central Partnership team (AQPET) in UWE Bristol.

The team provides professional experience and directives for academic services colleagues and other professional services throughout the university, as well as in the provision of cooperation in the United Kingdom and abroad. We support the development and operation of the extensive and expanded UWE Bristol portfolio of cooperative savings partners. We monitor the ongoing quality and enhance the cooperation partners and ensure that the policies and operations required and adhere to.

About you

We are looking for a person with extensive administrative experience, and work experience in line with complex organizational frameworks such as higher education. You will have good and personal organizational skills, communication and information technology. You will have experience working with database systems, taking formal and informal minutes of meetings. You will be able to show a commitment to your continuous professional development and provide distinguished learning and teaching to our students.

You will need to be able to balance a set of responsibilities effectively in a flexible, independent and proactive way, using your initiative and working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the university and our academic partners.

The interviews are scheduled to be held on our French campus in late October/early November.

This is a permanent publication.

This part -time role for 18.5 hours a week. The working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

It will work on the basis of the work share with a current member of the team.

UWE Bristol is a university headquarters headquarters, and therefore, its campus headquarters for two days a week, with an opportunity to work from home on the remaining day.
