We are looking for an experienced production supervisor to join a manufacturer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will supervise daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and manage a team to achieve production goals.

Main responsibilities

Supervising daily production activities in the perfume manufacturing unit.

Planning, schedule and monitoring production goals to meet the deadlines.

Ensure that raw materials (essential oils, alcohol and packing) are available and efficiently used.

Supervising the confusion, filling and packaging operations according to the specified formulas.

Maintaining quality monitoring standards and imposing them in line with the company’s policies.

Training, directing and supervising production employees and operators.

Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, and the coordination of maintenance when needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations in the factory.

Maintaining production reports, stock records and daily records.

Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
