To celebrate 200 years of research, research and innovation on research, Manchester University is investing nearly 10 million pounds in graduate studies research and early profession research at the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.

As part of this major investment, we are proud to announce Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health Zamat Water functional research early.

About early water professional research fellowships

These fellowships – which will begin in early 2027 – have been created to support researchers in the extraordinary early care field with strong capabilities and provide an opportunity for growth to become future leaders in biology, biomedical and health research.

• Up to three fellowships are available for applicants with less than three years of experience in research after doctorate.
• The sixth-grade award holders (36,024 pounds sterling-44,263 pounds) will be appointed for a period of three years (the salary of clinical employees will be evaluated on an individual basis, because this will depend on the profession, job stage and discussions with NHS TRST).

Priority research topics

These fellowships are open to distinguished researchers of any specialty, including clinical and applied health, data science, pure and methodological sciences, and research must be tackled at least one of the research topics with the following priority in the college:

• Treating the causes and consequences of health inequality
• Treating the effects of climate change on biology, health and community
• Progress discovery through multidisciplinary life science research
• Enabling our research through advanced data sciences, digital technologies and AI

Civil standards

These fellowships are open to:

• Occupational researchers early in clinical or applied health or data science and pure science backgrounds including methodologists and technicians;
• Each of the internal candidates and those who advance from outside the university;
• UK applicants and international introductions;
• Applicants who completed the doctorate in VIVA or expect to complete it by the beginning of the award (no later than January 31, 2027) and they have less than three years of experience after the doctorate;
• Candidates available to start the fellowship before 31^street January 2027.
