We face logistical coordinator.
Main responsibilities:

Planning, coordination and monitoring received and external delivery operations.

Dealing with import/export documents, customs clearance, and shipping tables.

Contact with suppliers, transportation companies and warehouse employees for smooth operations.

Follow and update the shipping status and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Prepare delivery notes, bills and reports related to shipping.

Maintaining accurate records in stock and logistics services in ERP or Excel.

Manage logistics services, charging fees, and charging format.

Support warehouse operations including stock monitoring and request management.

Communicate effectively with purchasing and sales departments.

Ensuring compliance with UAE logistic presence and transportation.
