🛠 About the role

We are looking for agent Llm R&D Engineer to help us develop building blocks behind our colleagues of artificial intelligence-reusable ingredients, which support both internal experimentation and systems facing customers.

It will work through short initial models to convert the ideas that are loosely specified into the work code. In some days, coordination patterns and retrieval flows will explore; In other days, you will connect application programming facades or test the logic of coordination between agents.

This is very suitable for someone early in his career, who loves to design LLM agent systems, is independently experienced, and has the challenge of structuring complex systems from A to Z.

It will focus on building infrastructure and logic that operates smart behaviors – systems that go beyond the basic claim, synchronization, memory, and tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building internal components for LLM on the basis Work flows and standard artificial intelligence features
• Initial models to coordinate the pattern of the agent
• Writing a clean code that can be maintained to integrate tools, services and model outputs
