The university seeks to be varied and comprehensive – the place where we all can be ourselves.

We especially encourage requests from people who know that they are black, Asian, or from a minority ethnic background, represented by an incomplete representation at the university.

We also encourage requests from women to the upper roles.

We offer friendly and flexible work arrangements, with comprehensive forums and facilities to support our employees. #Equalityatyork
