The main purpose of the job
The principal responsible for work as an educational leader and assistant in the school and is supposed to be the main role in directing and evaluating the school’s programs and activities. The manager is responsible for creating a peak that responds to the needs of students, employees, DOC and the MD Ministry of Labor.
Power duties
Program management: Organizing and managing the daily process of the school. Use employees and resources to increase the program. Enhancing the positive school climate.
Data management: Collecting, analyzing and publishing accurate school data to support the applicable performance results.
Special Education: IEP President meetings. Monitor the delivery of private educational instructions and services. Monitor the preservation of private education records. Coordination of special education services with DLR and DPSCS to ensure a specially sufficient educational program.
Auxiliary programs: Developing, organizing and monitoring programming that complements the school program.
The minimum qualifications
Education: Obtaining appropriate educational credentials as determined by the Education Council in Maryland.
Experience: Experience in providing class instructions for students.

Required or favorite qualifications
Fear experience and accreditation data;
Knowing the principles and practices of school management;
Knowledge of planning curricula, development and implementation;
-Knowing the principles and practices of medium, secondary, and effective programs, as well as the professional service, library and transition.
Licensing, recordings and certificates
A copy of the current Ministry of Education certificate in MSDE must be submitted with the demand.
Special requirements
