We are seeking a highly skilled general consultant with a strong specialization in the labor law and employment to join our executive team. The General Adviser will be the main legal advisor, and supervises all legal issues within the organization, with the primary focus on employment relations, employee rights, organizational compliance and litigation related to employment.

This role is very important to ensure legal compliance in all operations related to human resources and employment and advice to lead the higher leadership regarding risk mitigating and developing policies and strategy in an advanced advanced action scene quickly.

requirements:

  • As the main legal advisor in all employment and employment issues, including collective negotiation, disputes in the workplace, internal investigations, employee discipline, and termination.
  • The company is in negotiations with trade unions, including the formulation of contracts, grievance resolution and arbitration procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws (for example, FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, Chapter Seven, ADA, OSHA).
  • Providing legal guidance on human resource policies, employee brochures, and training to ensure legal compliance and reduce risk.
  • Supervising the lawsuits related to employment and managing them with the external lawyer when necessary.
  • Providing advice to the executive leadership on the legal effects of strategic decisions, organizational changes and new policies.
  • Developing and implementing proactive strategies for risk management and conflict solution.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts, separation agreements, and executive compensation packages.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in labor laws and regulations and educate stakeholders accordingly.
  • Legal management and supervision department, including employee lawyer and support staff if possible.
  • Ensuring compliance with health care laws including HIPAA, Stark Law, Stark Starute, EMTA, CMS systems, and country health care rules.
  • Providing legal oversight of contracting, including doctors’ agreements, managed care agreements, seller contracts, NDAS, and labor partners agreements.
  • Providing advice to leadership on emerging legal and organizational issues that affect the organization and industry.
  • Supporting corporate governance, including the issues of the Board of Directors, policy formulation, and legal control of strategic initiatives.
  • The leading internal investigations related to compliance or legal issues, and the management of response strategies.
  • Providing legal education and leadership training and employees throughout the organization.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Dr. Forenes (Dinar) from the accredited law school.
  • An active license to practice law in Washington state, in a good position.
  • The minimum (8-10+) years of legal experience, with a strong background in the Labor and Employment Law.
  • Strong negotiating skills for contract and formulation.
  • The ability to translate legal concepts has been proven into a practical advice that focuses on business.
  • Excellent communication, personal skills, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast -paced environment.

Favorite qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a general consultant or a major legal role.
  • The experience of working with hospitals, groups of doctors, health systems, or other healthcare entities.
  • The background in supporting the integration and purchase activity, joint ventures or the integration of the healthcare system.
  • You prefer to experience the previous lawyer at home.
