FP & A Manager – Iot Group Group
location: Richmond, BC
Summary of the job:
The ISP FP & A director will participate with the stakeholders in business to advance strategic financial planning and analyze it in all departments. This role combines strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to provide implemented visions that support decision -making initiatives and create value.
The situation includes the development and implementation of financial planning frameworks, performance and prediction analysis, preparing comprehensive financial plans and acquisition analyzes, and conducting economic research on investment opportunities and organizational impacts. The role requires daily cooperation with products, sales and operations teams to provide financial guidance and support multi -functional business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- The weekly and monthly analysis of the revenue by SKU, the family of the producer and the producer (PMR)
- Monthly analysis of genetic balances with active participation in cost saving initiatives
- Support for pricing analysis
- Opex and CAPEX control
- The usual month
- Review the bilateral year of the strategic work plan and 5 years expectations
- Participate in multi -function teams, and provide financial analysis to support decision -making
- Helping the administration in understanding their financial performance and developing business plans to improve results
- Employment in the annual budget and monthly expectations, including the procedures required to achieve financial goals
- Implementing analytical tools and commercial operations to help corporate managers and business units understand the financial effects of their commercial activities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and semester financial reports, quarterly expectations, and KPI reports
- Providing close monthly support, including reports, discipline analysis, and cooperation with multi -functional teams
- Helping to unify the annual budget and long -term plan
- Reporting and analyzing revenue trends
- Providing analytical support to administration and other internal customers
- The main standard standards of the results of the results
- Suggest operation improvements to increase efficiency
- Helping to maintain the back system for adaptive planning forecast system
- Promote the company’s reports preparation tool
- Participate in the implementation of prediction
- Special duties as needed
Minimum qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- High efficiency with Excel and working from BI tools
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
- Strong organizational skills are flexible to meet difficult requests
- You should be able to deal with secret information in a professional and dress
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in financing, business administration, or related topic
- 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- The ability to analyze complex data and formulate recommendations to pay results
- Strong knowledge of financing and accounting concepts and operations
- Very interest in detail and accuracy with a strong feeling of urgency
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Efficiency technical systems
- The ability to work well with others in a fast -paced dynamic environment
- A strong initiative and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and written skills, experience in providing executive management and working with teams through multiple sites

A reasonable estimate of the payment range for this position is $ 100,000 – $ 135,000.
