The general purpose of the job:
The goal of this role is to develop and provide integrated and effective research services (RS) to serve users who increase our ability to attract researchers and enter research, conduct high -quality research, and exploit search results. The postal holder will work with a team of colleagues to maintain a high level of providing services to academic service users and others.

The postal holder will work closely with RS operations managers, department heads, heads of research, school operations directors, faculty research manager, and other colleagues in academic and vocational support services as necessary, to support the development of research activity and other projects funded from abroad in the largest scale.

Research support managers submit their reports directly to the RS Operations Manager and work as part of the broader RS ​​connection team
