Boeing is currently seeking Software developers (participants, experienced or senior) To support us Advanced Patriot 3 (PAC-3) A team located in Huntville, Alabama. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Defense and Space & Security (BDS).

Boeing ADAPS is looking for software / developers to contribute to the development of software for the PAC-3 (Patriot Advanced 3). The software engineer will join the PAC-3 program.

Adaps (an organization that includes more than 100 software engineers) specializes in implementing primary models and rapid development programs using small, adaptable teams. The Corporation supports programs through the entire Boeing Products Group including the SLS system, the defense of integrated air missiles including the advanced Patriot capacity, and a variety of weapons, aircraft and space programs via Boeing Foundation.

The responsibilities of the situation:

• Development, documentation and preservation of architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software products

• Development, testing and maintenance of programs for PAC-3 systems

• Developing technical products, plans, documents and surroundings to support the requirements of the program

• Working in small graceful teams consisting of various engineering skills

• Correcting the issues and their specific solution to ensure reliability and efficiency of software products

Basic qualifications (required skills/ experience):

• The ability to obtain a secrecy to start security clearance in the United States

• 2+ years of experience with programming with C, C ++, Python and/or Shell Text programs

• Knowing the operating system from Linux or Windows

Favorite qualifications (skills/experience required):

• Bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited course in engineering and engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience

• Experience with missile defense sensors or algorithms to treat digital signals

• Experience with continuous practices of integration / continuous publishing

• Experience with the creation and preservation of Devsecops practices and processes

• Experience with actual time operating systems, such as vxworks

• Some practical experience or knowledge of remote and tested protocols

• Some software projects that involve developing models, simulations or control systems

Travel: Less than 5 % of the time

Experienced payment range: $ 107,100 – 144,900 dollars

Summ for the higher level for the higher level: 127,500 dollars – 172,500 dollars
