What you will lead:

1. Project Management:
Manage level projects or task groups, including planning, scope and implementation;
Coordination of tasks, timetables, resources and dependencies through teams and buses;
Facilitate the collection, appreciation and change of requirements;

2. Customer management and stakeholders:
– Maintaining regular communication with customers and stakeholders;
– Managing expectations, dealing with objections, and supporting effective partnerships via buses and customers;
– Preparing and submitting progress updates and project visions.

3. Team Leadership and Resource Management:
Building, guiding and supporting a high -performance delivery team;
– Set responsibilities, monitor progress, and leadership results under pressure;
– Contributing to employment, on board, and the development of the team when needed.

4. Quality, Risk and Technology Management:
– Guarantee of delivery in cooperation with quality assurance teams;
Determine and reduce risks with the team and management;
– SDLC Principles app and facilitate requirements for BAS or PMS.

Languages: English (B2 – C1), fluently in Ukrainian or Russian.
