CRIBL expands its legal team to meet CRIBL needs quickly! In this role, you will be part of a highly performance, collective and prominent commercial team participating in our global GTM team and directly contributes to the leadership of CRIBL growth. This role provides reports to the director, commercial advisor.
As an active member of our team, will …
- Contracts review, draft, negotiations on contracts, including SAAS licensing contracts, program licensing, partnership, distributor and msp contracts, distribution agreements, non -disclosure agreements, sellers ’contracts;
- Cooperation with and support the partner channel teams in facilitating deals and negotiating with partners;
- Providing legal advice experts, sales support and other multi -functional teams on legal issues, including solving problems with a focus on providing available options, discussing risks to options, and implementing the options that the customer chooses;
- Use unified contract reviews and risk evaluation processes, including contract documentation and obligations, and the use of contracts and material management tools and programs; and
- Coordination with other internal team members on multi -functional issues, including privacy, security, compliance and product, as needed.

If you get it – we want that
- At least 5 years of experience in an internal commercial role in a technology company or similar technical experience, including experience in formulating and reviewing contracts using a unified review and risk assessment process;
- Passion of law and technology and keenness to learn;
- The experience of support and cooperation with sales teams and partner channel teams in a technology company to achieve work goals within the risk parameters established by the legal team;
- The ability to build consensus and push alignment through many internal and external stakeholders;
- The experience of working in a rapidly growing environment, with the ability to determine problems, suggest solutions and implementation;
- Identify commercial and legal operations systems such as IronClad, Salesforce and Guru;
- The comfort in a remote environment, with self -motives, to work in an uneven and independent way, where the manager and team members sit in different time areas throughout the United States and European European America;
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency, in cooperation with an environment that focuses on the team;
- Excellent and verbal communication skills, including the ability to be written briefly and communicating clearly and practically at all levels of the institution to support the decisions led by business;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- A great sense of humor and the mentality of customer service; and

Salary (142,000 dollars – 165,000 dollars)
The salary of this role depends on the geographical location. The salary provided within the described domain depends on knowledge, skills and expertise related to the individual candidate.
